DELIVERY
• Free UK postage sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class on all orders.
• International postage is available on request, please contact us for a quotation on thesilverbag@gmail.com
We aim to post orders within 3-5 working days. RETURNS POLICY
All returns need to be made within 14 days of receipt.
All returns must be sent back in an unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Please be aware that we do not cover return carriage costs.
All items are checked before being sent out however, should you be unhappy with your item and/or any damage claims must be reported in writing within 5 days of receipt, including pictures where possible, to thesilverbag@gmail.com
All Sale Items are non Refundable or Returnable after purchase.
Please be aware that we currently do not run an exchange policy.
